Community Faces Brighten Area

The ‘Community Faces’ project has helped breathe life back into the Concord Building, located at the corner of 38th and Illinois Streets.
With the help of friends at the Harrison Center for the Arts and Boaz Construction, Midtown Indy was able to both board up the broken windows at the Concord Building and use placemaking to enliven the corner with photographs of residents who live in the neighborhoods surrounding the building. Be sure to drive by and check it out!
In addition, Maple Crossing’s IPS School 43 received a vibrant new mural thanks to volunteers during Indy Do Day!
