July 17: 1st Annual Solidarity Festival


Save the date for the 1st Annual Solidarity Festival on July 17 from 10am - 10 pm. The event will feature music, dancing and food. The vision is to celebrate Black and Latino culture and create a lasting re

lationship and collaboration between the two communities. The event will take place at Belmont Beach, a community project located at the site of the Emrichsville Dam ruins just south of 16th Street on the west bank of White River. Belmont Beach describes a historic recreation beach used by black residents during the era of segregation. Learn more about Belmont Beach.
