Parkside at Tarkington

Across from Tarkington Park is what will soon be known as Parkside at Tarkington. This project has been awarded 9% LIHTC tax credits to help drive the long-planned conversion of this building from former United Way building to an affordable senior living center. The building will also house a senior services organization and will be steps away from the soon-to-be central hub of a bus and bus rapid transit station at the corner of 38th St and Meridian Street.
